Individual Counseling
I provide individual counseling for teens and adults who are seeking to find purpose and a new perspective. I strive to create a comfortable, respectful, and inviting environment for everyone who steps into my office or telehealth space. People sometimes come to counseling and talk about the things they are most uncomfortable with sharing. I invite it all: there is no shame in any topic of conversation, any feeling, or any experience. We all carry things that feel heavy. I get it, and I’m here to assist you with finding practical, individualized solutions and perspectives.
About me
I recently earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and am enthusiastic about continuing to grow my career and client base. I have eight years of combined academic and professional experience in counseling and psychology. I began my career in mental health as a skill trainer, working with children and families for two years, before transitioning to skills training with adults. I completed my practicum and internship experiences providing counseling services to adults, teens, and tweens. Currently, I work full time as a mental health counselor and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and additional therapeutic modalities. I believe that everyone deserves access to wellness, and am passionate about helping individuals discover a sense of purpose and achieve greater life satisfaction. In my free time, you can find me traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring hobbies.

What to Expect in Therapy
I provide individual counseling for teens and adults who are seeking meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My approach integrates CBT, IFS, and SFBT to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and inner experiences while building on their existing strengths and creating achievable goals for the future.
I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and welcoming space where clients feel safe showing up as they are—without fear of judgment or shame. Therapy can involve discussing the parts of ourselves or experiences we have kept hidden, and I believe every feeling, thought, and experience deserves compassion and curiosity. We all carry burdens at times, and you do not have to navigate them alone. Together, we will work toward practical, individualized strategies that help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
